The boys soccer team has been having a ball so far this school year with their 2019 campaign. Whether they are playing under the bright lights of Christian Recht Field, or destroying rival teams on the road, they have been killing it this fall. Although they are only halfway through this season, they have already had many major wins against tough opponents.

The team was able to beat Front Range powerhouses Broomfield and Fairview both by the score of 2-1, along with other wins over challenging teams from around the area. The soccer team has earned a 3rd rank in the state (according to CHSAA.now) for their victories. They plan to continue these wins and their path to greatness over the remaining seven games of the regular season.

While it may seem like many of the important games have already come and gone, there are still many to look forward to. The Panthers will be pitted against Legacy High School — the number two team in the state — on October 22nd. The soccer team does not want to get too ahead of themselves, but they have high hopes that the team will continue to the playoffs and achieve their goals of going far in the postseason. Make sure to get out there and support our boys soccer team while you can this fall season! And as always, ‘Skothers!
