Letter to the Editor:
The OWL welcomes critiques and responses to past articles and publications. All letters should be submitted to Adam Wildstein <[email protected]> through Google Drive or email. Other guidelines to keep in mind are:
- First and last name and grade level are required, alongside some means of contact (phone number or email).
- Maximum length for letters is 300 words.
- Anonymous and open letters are accepted, but name and grade level must still be submitted.
- All teachers, parents, and students may submit letters to the editor.
- No name-calling or ad hominem attacks (attacking the character of an individual).
- We reserve the right to reject letters and opinions at our discretion; however, we will inform the writer of our reasoning if we do so.

Submit student art and comics:
The OWL is proud to accept student artwork and cartoons. Artists should submit artwork to [email protected], alongside their first and last name, grade level, and contact information. Other guidelines include:
- First name, last name, grade level and contact information are required alongside submissions.
- Artwork should be converted to jpeg or pdf form before submission.
- All artwork should be at least 5″ across at 300 ppi.
- Artwork will be converted to black and white when published for print, but pieces will remain color when published online.
- All obscenities should be censored.
- Editors reserve the right to reject/censor artwork at our discretion, although we will inform the artist of our reasoning if we do so.
