Cancer (Jun 22-Jul 22): Focus on the positive! It’s easier said than done, but a glass-half-full mindset can help you move past disappointments and stressors faster. Practice pointing out all the good things that happened in a day instead of the bad.
Leo (Jul 23-Aug 22): Remember that there is no such thing as perfection, Leo. All you can do is try your best and move on! Submit that college application, turn in your assignment (more than five minutes before the deadline), and try to care less about your grades. You are good enough!
Virgo (Aug 23-Sep 22): Whether it’s school, college applications, or life in general getting to you, this time of the year can be overwhelming. Take things one step at a time, and prioritize your to-do lists to make sure you get things done on time, without freaking out over the huge picture.
Libra (Sep 23-Oct 23): Set goals. For an idealist like Libra, it can sometimes be difficult to maintain a sense of direction. Set short-term and long-term goals to help yourself feel grounded and productive. Also, forgive yourself if you end up not quite reaching a goal. Libras have a tendency to reach for the moon, so even if you fall short, you’ll land among the stars.
Scorpio (Oct 24-Nov 21): When Scorpios get stressed, they often withdraw into themselves under the guise of being more productive or “not having time” to spend with friends. Remember that spending time in relationships that make you happy can actually benefit your mental health. Challenge yourself to say “yes” to one plan this week!
