Toby Schoenfeld

Toby Schoenfeld, Writer

Toby Schoenfeld is a Junior at Boulder High School. He is interested in contributing to the Owl because his dad is a sports journalist, so he is excited to follow in his footsteps at the Boulder High Newspaper.

Toby is a pitcher for the Boulder High baseball team, and hopes to play in college. He is very interested in sports and design, but always seems to root for teams that are the most frustrating to watch.

In his free time, Toby watches the Boston Red Sox give away leads and not make the playoffs. He can often be found beating his older brother in FIFA, or avoiding imposing dogs in his neighborhood. The latter can be a difficult challenge, as there seem to be bigger and bigger dogs every corner he turns.

Toby also loves to travel. Wherever he goes, he tries to find cool hotels and restaurants to visit. Of course, it’s imperative that the restaurants he goes to serve crisp, crunchy green grapes, and not saccharine and disgusting red grapes.
