Lorelei Keppeler

Lorelei Keppeler, Arts & Entertainment editor

Lorelei Keppeler is a senior who is fighting senioritis on the first day. She loves to be outside and be active; hiking, biking, and snowboarding are some of her favorite outdoor activities. She loves to try park when she snowboards, though she’s left the mountain with a bloody nose and bruised knees more than once (she’s not very good yet). Out of every sport, thrifting is her favorite, as it involves spending hours on your feet, constantly moving, and shuffling through clothes. Afterward, when a snack is in order, a bowl of cold, juicy, firm, slightly sour green grapes is perfect. Lorelei is passionate about volunteering in her community, over the summer she volunteered for the boulder food rescue. She is also a member of the district Title IX committee. After college, she wants to go to the Peace Corps to make a difference in more than her immediate community. She is excited to be able to write compelling and relevant stories this school year.
