Greta Sterner is a Junior at Boulder High School this year and is a writer for The Owl Newspaper. She plays lacrosse for the joint Fairveiw-Boulder High team… but in her free time, she likes to ski, spend time outdoors (mostly in the mountains), and eat cold, crunchy green grapes with friends. Using most of these activities as an excuse to procrastinate, Greta manages to get most of her homework done on Sunday afternoons while drinking a Yerba Mate. Greta also enjoys spending time with her family, whether at a concert, dinner, or around the house. You will see her hanging out with her grey cat and crazy 13-year-old border collie named Aiko (after the Grateful Dead song) whenever possible. As a social person, Greta is excited to be able to speak about topics important to her, while also learning more about her peers as a new member of The Owl Newspaper.
