We are so back, Panthers… and just in time, as the stars have told me that some of y’all are feeling a little lost as to what to wear for Halloween! Fear not, Boulder High: here are some costume ideas picked specifically for you based on your star sign.
Aries (Mar 21-Apr 19): Something mystical–not Benson Boone, please and thank you. Dress up as a Greek god or goddess, Medusa, siren, or another creature from ancient myth. Or, go for a Medieval vibe and pull off a knight, queen, or jester.
Taurus (Apr 20-May 20): Something inspired by pop culture–whatever that means to you! Some personal favorites could be Britney Spears, Chappell Roan, Marilyn Monroe, or Michael Jackson.
Gemini (May 21-Jun 21): Something out of this world. Take it literally and UFOutfit yourself as an alien, go full fake-moon-landing in an astronaut suit, or become Katy Perry on the spaceship (don’t forget your daisy).
Cancer (Jun 22-Jul 22): Something silly. Don your best orange for a Lorax costume, vote for Pedro, or pull off a pun! As one of the wittiest signs of the zodiac, this should come naturally to you.
Leo (Jul 23-Aug 22): For the star of the astrological show, how about something from a movie? Make it fun with a Clueless or But I’m a Cheerleader theme; make it romantic like Romeo and Juliet or Breakfast at Tiffany’s; or even make it spooky like Coraline or Beetlejuice!
